And sigh....
technically, my stepmother was a prostitute working in the hatyai
area when she is actually from the Changmi area.
Father picked her up and paid for her release from her pimps after
he runs off from Singapore and was dumped by his malaysian
mistress.
She is about my age.
Father spent a couple of penniless years in Thailand before finally
moving down to Phuket & Bangkok where she helped him out by
learning how to make bamboo rice and him peddling the snack food to
earn a living.
And later, when they saved enough money, they started a business
and stepmother bore him children.
And looking at how much that family has gone thru, I do not
begrudge my stepmother. She did her best for my father.
Irregardless of whatever she has to do to keep her own family
going.
